It is the homepage of "Jurispendium series of law books," which will be published for the teachers and students of newly-established law schools in Korea.

American-style law schools are slated to open in March 2009.
"Jurispendium" is the trademark of a series of law books which will be published by Professor Park. ¡ã
Each chapter is supposed to consist of:
- Introduction and outline of the chapter;
- Explanatory articles and/or leading cases, domestic or foreign;
- Summary of the chapter; and
- Questions in Socratic method.
As you may figure out, its content is quite similar to that of American casebooks for law students. ¡ã

At present, Prof. Jerry Kang at UCLA School of Law is providing class lectures by using various information technologies including MindManager. ¡ã
For example, the webmaster will post a number of articles regarding "international business transactions," "corporate finance law," "international business law in the unification era," "trans-border data protection law" and so on.
Original language of the content will be provided in tact - in Korean or in English.
Of course, it will encourage interactive communications among law students and teachers.
In this regard, it will introduce "My Law School Days" experienced and recorded by several participants including the webmaster.
